HISTORIC DOWNTOWN HASTINGS
Turn-Key Brewery For Sale
We opened Steeple Brewing Co. in 2017 with a simple idea: make great beer and create a space where the community actually wants to be. Eight years later, that idea has become something real — a respected name in Nebraska craft beer, a packed events calendar, and a taproom full of people who feel at home here.
Steeple sits in the heart of historic downtown Hastings, steps away from local shops, restaurants, and the kind of year-round community events that keep foot traffic consistent and keep people coming back. It’s a great location — and a great community to be part of.
The building is leased, and our landlord has been a genuine partner in the brewery’s success. They’re committed to keeping Steeple here and thriving, whoever owns it next.
What you’re getting is a business that’s already working. The brand is established, the regulars are loyal, the systems are in place, and the community knows Steeple’s name. For the right buyer, this is a rare chance to walk into something that took years to build — and make it your own.

Why are we selling?
This is the question everyone asks, and it deserves a straight answer.
When we founded Steeple in 2015, we were three guys with a dream, two spouses, and three kids between us. Life was different. We had the time, the energy, and the margin to build something from scratch — and we did.
Eight years later, our lives look a lot different. Thomas is running the family farm full-time. Damen is with the congregation at First Presbyterian Church. Anthony is an owner at IdeaBank Marketing. We’ve gone from two spouses to three, three kids to five, and the hours in the day haven’t gotten any longer.
We’re all still in Hastings. We still love Steeple. We’re still going to be customers. But we’ve reached a point where this business deserves more than we can give it.
Steeple has everything it needs to succeed — the brand, the space, the community, the equipment, the loyal regulars. What it needs now is an owner who can give it their full attention and take it to the level we always knew it could reach.
That’s why we’re selling. Not because something is wrong — but because we care enough to hand it to someone who can do it justice.
